GRIPZILLA Dynamo Forearm Strengthener and Wrist, Comfortable Grip and a Durable Design Roller Perfect for Men and Women - Ideal for Hand, Wrist, and Forearm Strength Training, Workout - Wrist/Arm Builder

This thing is amazing. Not cheap but in my opinion worth every penny. Easy to use, almost infinitely adjustable difficulty, compact and convenient to travel with. I’m using it every other day for a few mins as I’m unwinding and watching TV. Built like a tank.

I recently got the Gripzilla Dynamo forearm trainer, and honestly, this thing is next level. First off, the build quality is extremely impressive. The materials feel solid, heavy-duty, and well-machined—nothing cheap or flimsy about it. The knurled handles give you a perfect grip, and the adjustment mechanism is smooth and precise. You can tell right away this is a premium product made to last. Now let’s talk about performance… this thing absolutely destroys your forearms—in a good way. Within just a few sessions, I started feeling a serious pump like never before. It targets the forearm muscles very, very well, especially the flexors and extensors. After each workout, my forearms feel completely blown up, tight, and worked from every angle. What I really love is how controlled and focused the resistance is. It doesn’t feel random or sloppy—it hits exactly where it should. Whether you're going slow for strength or pushing for that intense burn, it delivers every time. I’ve already noticed improvement in my grip strength and overall forearm size. It’s become one of my favorite tools in my routine. If you’re serious about building forearms, increasing grip strength, or just want that crazy pump, I highly recommend this. Worth every dollar.

Very well made and works great

Worked as advertised!

It does work. The exersize can be performed as is effective. I dont like the design and materials.

I must admit this is an impressive device. Super simple to use and ready to go out of the box. This is a very well made and durable product. This will make your forearms scream. Super effective and I am noticing growth and strength improvements in a short period of time.

I am still on the fence regarding this item, but I will probably keep it. This thing has 2 issues, IMO. The first one is relatively minor: the adjustment knobs can get in the way, especially if they are positioned parallel to the bar. The second one is more serious for my use: there are no adjustment numbers. I would like to be able to return to my settings, but without the numbers, it is all just guesswork.

Excellent product if you want to build your forearms. I am 240lbs 12-15% bf at 5’10 and this offers progressive overload, as it has levels I can’t handle.

Ist sehr effektiv, aber auf gripzilla kostet er nicht Mal die Hälfte!

The rotation movement is not smooth enough and the grip is very tough and you will need to wear a gloves if you are planning to use it for a long time, but for ten or twenty rotations you will be ok

Received this today. Out the box it's ready to use. Adjustments by way of two wing nut type fittings, so easy. First impression is it's very well made, light to handle, and the grips are textured so as to enhance the grip. So.. to using the item. Oh my, straight away you can feel it working, you feel the burn. Wow, very impressive bit of kit. I think because it is so convenient to just have handy, you can literally use it whilst watching TV or just sitting with a bit of time on your hands, therefore you do more reps than you think, due to its convenient size. Comes in a nylon zipper bag should you wish to take it on your travels or to the office, out walking, wherever. I would say a lot are put off by the price, and I must say, I did hesitate myself, but took the plunge and am very, very pleased, so for me, I will say it's value for money and certainly gives you a workout.

Good for forearms training.

Solid product - use it while watching tv
