I have a couple of cheap knifes I have to sharpen regularly, and this is perfect and so easy to use.

Bought this inexpensive one to try it out before investing in a higher end model. It actually worked pretty good. I sharpened one large chef knife and two pocket knives so far. The smaller blades on the pocket knives were a little tricky but in the end all the knives were sharp enough to slice through paper like butter. The quality of the sharpener is decent also.

A friend of mine that I work with has the almost $200 name brand version of this.This one works equally as good for a fraction of the price!Definitely worth buying!

Overall quality, wood is nice and roller is very good. The base is tad small for large knives and applying tad too much resistance, base will move. The blade have to face up and you will need to use another hand to firm stay the base. Long blades can throw off its center balance, it is narrow but it works.Enlarge base to 3" width and add additional magnet will be better for larger blades.I found 2.25" base is too narrow for me. Also, a higher base of 1.5" x 3" base will be a better design in my opinion. I am 6'2" tall and safety is #1. Bigger base, another magnet added, this unit is worthy if they adjust the design. The sharpening stones are wonderful. Its worth the price for 5-7" knives, just hold the base with the other hand as base is light vs weighted well and don't apply too much pressure against blade. You will be fine.

When we received the first knife it had a large crack down the center. It did not appear to have been from the box that had the Amazon label, it appeared to be from the box the knife was in that was very bulky and looked like it didn't fit properly. The price was reasonable and it was delivered when expected. I had no problem calling Amazon and getting a shipping label to return it and a replacement. I received the replacement yesterday and it was fine. Have not used it yet but, a friend has one just like it and have used it and they work great.

Super easy to use rolling sharpener. the two angles are good for most kitchen knives(id google best angle for your personal knives.) The magnet holds in place well and device rolls easy to sharpen.
