Only need about 1/4 tablet per 5 gallons
Must have if you want to Ferment using tap water saves money on buying filtered water for best results let sit about 4 hours or your ferment will smell funky but won't mess up the batch only need about a 1/4 tablet per 5 gallons crush it into powder then stir in would buy again .
