Heats up well, is very cosy and my mother feels the benefit from it. However it does not get as warm as the old pad she had. She also finds the controls difficult, the buttons are very sensitive and get pressed unknowingly, she finds the digital display impossible to see due to poor eyesight. I am now buying a different pad with old fashioned slider control which she can use.

Excellent product, very easy and safe to use.

You can't call this a heat pad since it barely gets luke warm, wouldn't recommend this to anyone

Fabulous heat pad. It’s a good size to sit behind your back. Heats up quickly. It has 3 settings and I always use the hottest one. I’d recommend this product.
