I ordered the x stand and banner and it came faster than expected and I was very pleased with the overall quality, the banner was much higher quality than I was expecting, colors very bright and printed straight and the stand seems adequate. But when I unrolled it I noticed that somehow they missed putting in the corner grommets so there was no way to secure it to the stand! I contacted them and within hours they were in touch, asked for pictures, checked to make sure when my event date was in case they needed to rush the replacement, and promised a replacement sent out on the next business day. I received the replacement today and once again very happy with it. Oversights happen and things get missed as part of life but they were awesome and prompt fixing it for me and I would totally buy from them again and recommend this company for the price, quality and prompt service and customer care.
