I'm obsessed with this product, honestly.It's a must have for any desk I set up. I was having difficultly setting up an organized way of plugging devices and this solved all of that. I charges numerous devices with ease and I haven't had any issues with where it's located. It was pretty easy to mount and it has various ports, making it pretty easy to use.

I’ve had this desk clamp for over a year now and it’s held up great — no loosening, no wobbling, still clamps as securely as day one. For something that gets used constantly, that kind of durability says a lot.As a bonus, I get compliments on it pretty regularly — it’s a small thing but nice that it looks good too, not just functional.What I liked:• Sturdy dual-layer clamp design holds firm over long-term daily use• No degradation in grip strength after a year+• Looks clean enough that people actually notice itOverall, a reliable, well-built option if you want a desk clamp that’s going to last. I installed this unit when I updated my office with a new desk. I bought this because of the combination of a lower profile top unit that included USB plugs with the larger, more capable bottom unit to hide larger plugs from view.I like everything about it with two minor exceptions. First, I took away one star because it is truly a 12 outlet unit since the top portion must plug into one of the bottom outlets to function. I suppose it is possible to use an extension cord to plug in the top portion to another wall outlet, but that defeats the purpose of the product - reducing the number of cord runs around the room. The second minor issue is something you can see in the pictures which is that three of the outlets are on the top of the bottom unit, which means there’s limited space for a plug and cord between the bottom portion and the bottom of my desk.On the plus side, it was easy to mount on my desk with no tools - the rubber pads on the top and bottom of the mount are great and don’t appear to cause any damage to my new desk. The USB outlets appear to charge just fine, but I am not using them in a demanding situation.

I love how easy this is to use! I have a lot of things plugged in on my desk and I use all the outlets on it! I use one of the USB ports and still have access to use more cords if I want too. I also love that it makes it easy to have one cord that may be by my feet, and it’s long enough to be used on a standing desk as well. Stabilizing it on my desk was super easy too!

Probably the best thing I have ever bought... I have wasted so much time with cable management its insane... but this thing... its perfect for all my devices for my laptop my daily driver I plug it into the top part so when I leave I can easily grab the charger and not have to reach under the desk I also have my gaming laptop plugging in up top for the same reason... but consoles, VCR's (I do a lot of analog to digital conversions), lights, lamps I plug in everything down below. The only thing that I wish this thing had was perhaps a few switch controlled outlets for instance I don't like to power certain devices but I want them plugged in all the time so I don't have to keep unplugging it and plugging it back in... things like my Dremel or electric cutters but overall its super solid...

I used this in conjunction with an under desk cable management tray to keep my cords and plugs tucked up and out of sight. Works great together but I recommend installing the desk clamp power strip and plugging everything in before installing the under desk cable management tray. Had to remove the tray to use the plugs on the under side of the power strip. The plugs on the top side of the power strip were useless because the top side of the strip is only a few inches below the underside of the desk. But strip still had five outlets on the bottom and front. Enough outlets for my computer, speakers, monitor and desk light. All in all, when used with the under desk cable managment tray, it accomplished what I purchased it for, getting all those unsightly cords off the floor and away from my feet.

This product comes disassembled and without any assembly instructions or tools to assist with assembly. Pictured is literally everything it came with. Normally I'm annoyed that every product comes with a screwdriver because it feels wasteful, but these screws are tiny computer screws which I don't believe a normal household screwdriver would work on.The lack of assembly instructions is also a problem because there is absolutely a right and wrong way to assemble this product. If you assemble it in the wrong order, you won't be able to finish assembling it at all and will have to completely disassemble what you've done and start over. Notice the two pictures where access to get a screwdriver to the screw holes are blocked by another part of the item.Based on my trial and error, assembly should be in this order:1. Attach the bracket to the plug with the USBs on it using 3 screws. Ignore the extra screw hole in the middle of the bracket - even if there was a corresponding hole in the plug strip, you wouldn't be able to put a screw there due to the bracket being in the way.2. Attach the other plug strip to the bracket with 2 screws.3. LAST assemble the clamp parts and insert clamp into bracket.There are only two USB-A ports, I had expected those openings on the side of the product to also be USB-A ports, 4x USB-A and 2x USB-C, not 2x each for a total of 4. I feel the product title on Amazon is misleading and should read like the product title in the included User Guide.The top plug strip with the USB ports in it has it's own plug whose cable has to be plugged into the bottom plug strip, which takes up one of your plugs there. At the time I bought this product, the plug for the top plug strip was not visible in any of the images, and so I had assumed the power distribution was built into the bracket and the product came fully assembled, but it is not built in at all, they are two completely separate plug strips, and the plug for the top one is only long enough to plug into the bottom one.Overall, I'm not very happy with my purchase and will likely have to go find an alternative because it doesn't have enough USB-A ports.
