Great value and tastes
I prefer sunflower oil to rapeseed oil for deep frying. This 3l bottle is good value at just over £1 per litre and a 3 litre bottle is exactly the right amount for my deep fat fryer. It heats up well and has a clean taste. Fried food like chips or batter taste great. I find it's not greasy as long as the oil is brought right up to temperature and the food cooked quickly. Recommended.

Worth the money

May go out of date before you use it
I struggled to use 3l of oil before the use by date. So, the value probably depends on how much oil you get through. I have no idea whether this is any better or worse then any other sunflower oil. But as a basic oil for frying then it served its purpose well. The container is also big and so make sure you have a suitable cupboard place for it. I ended up having to keep it in the garage and decant about 500ml at a time into a pourer that I kept in the kitchen

I always use this oil for frying roasting and all sorts of things I like it because it does not leave everything sticky and does not leave an after taste on my food
