Since the LED Chips feature both Red and Invisible Near-Infrared Bulbs, you'll only ever see the red ones - Near-Infrared wavelengths aren't in the visible spectrum - the bulbs are working, even if you can't see them.

How do I keep my AllevaRed Pro clean?

Always use the belt on clean skin. When needed, turn off the LEDs and wipe the belt down with a damp cloth. Never wash in the laundry machine.

Does the AllevaRed Pro heat the body?

The operating temperature range of the belt is 32° F - 113° F. While you may feel some heat, the AllevaRed Pro doesn't feature far-infrared wavelengths and is not intended to produce sauna-like heat.

How often should I use the belt for optimal results?
