I take these on my travels to help stop any possible situations you may not want. It helps me but I cannot say it will for everyone, you should probably ask a Dr. for travels to certain areas.

These were recommended by our vaccine logistics advisor for our sarafi trip to Kenya, so we took them with us. Either we didn't eat anything that was going to make us sick, or else these worked like a charm! We took them as directed on the box WITH each meal, including meals both ways on the plane just in case, and we were never sick. (I've definitely had a few bouts of being sick during international trips, so I wanted to take no chances.) Follow the instructions and be sure to take right before eating, or while you're eating. They aren't designed to take after the fact.
