Yhe Smart Swab - Spiral Ear Cleanser - Earwax Remover Tool works great and is affordable. It is easy to replace the tips and use it to remove the wax out of your ear. A lot more effective than Q-Tips.

This seems like a good concept, but it didn't work at all. My husband and I both tried it once, then threw the rest away in frustration. My husband gets a good amount of ear wax, and after getting virtually nothing with the Smart Swab, he used a Q-Tip and picked up a lot of wax. I don't get a lot of ear wax, but the one thing I use Q-Tips for is to dry out my ear canal after bathing, but because these are plastic, you don't even get the drying benefit. The packaging is ridiculous. It comes in a large plastic case with each "swab" in its own compartment. Very wasteful and they don't work anyway! Don't waste your money.

I order 3 at a time. They clean the ear better then tips and remove move wax and doesn't jam it closer to the ear drum like a qtip

Easy to use, very cheap quality though. Only worked the first time, thereafter, no wax is coming out.

I got the exact same product (as far as i can tell) from Walgreens, and it was lovely. Never had such clean ears. Then I got this, and it just doesn't work. The tips are smaller, or something, so they don't clean properly. The connection is really flimsy, so the tips just come off in my ear.This might be child-sized, now that I think of it, though there's no indication of that deliberately being the case.I like the tips, though. Silicone rubber that bends and flexes easily, doesn't hurt or scratch at all.

love the ideal of this , but it did not work, Tips seem to be to soft and pick up nothing. Used a Q-tip right after trying this swab, and got lots of wax, swab got nothing
