If your basal temp is consistent every morning throughout the cycle, it will help you see the pattern of your fertile window. It confirms ovulation in your first cycle using BBT and aids in predicting future ovulation with the Premom App.

Can the thermometer work without syncing to the app?

The thermometer can store the most recent 60 temperature readings independently. When paired with the Premom app, it saves BBT temperatures in a cloud-based log.

What should I do if the thermometer cannot connect for Bluetooth auto-sync?

1) Ensure your app is open and within 10 feet of the thermometer. 2) Please make sure your Bluetooth function is activated on your phone before daily BBT testing if you want to sync your data automatically

How to replace the battery？

Remove the battery cover and replace it with a battery of the same battery type CR2032. Make sure the "+" sign faces up. Then replace the battery cover. Always dispose of used batteries according to local laws and regulations.
