I love this little crane machine. One of the best features is that you can turn off the music. So often with these little crane games the music is so very loud and you can’t shut it off, but this one you can and that’s fantastic. The controls are a little different then one you might find in the store, so when I let the kids play with it I do find I have to give a little explanation. One controls the up and down and it seems like the intuitive direction of up and down for it is reverse for most people, they are expecting it to go the other way. The left to right is done by spinning a crank, and the crank looks like a joystick, so the kids often think they should press it towards one direction or another rather than spinning it.They do get the hang of it though and they love it. Another feature I love is that there is a mechanism on the top that you can leave closed or lock it by removing the little figure on top. So it’s up to you if you want them to be able to reach in through the top or not.The machine will not take all the toys or eggs included all at the same time. I’ve found that for being able to get things well that about 4-6 items is ideal. They can easily tilt the machine to the side and things will fall out the prize hole, so depending on a kid’s patience, they can get at the toys one way or another. The balls/eggs are great, and easier to play with in the machine than the little stuffed toys. We like to put little notes in them to indicate the prize and use the little stuffies as a sort of prize wall.This can take batteries or be plugged in with a usb. I used my phone power pack and a usb to be able to take it with us somewhere there was no easy access to power and it lasted all day with no problems and a lot of use.It’s cute too. For the price I think it’s a good value. I think I may have talked myself into buying another one just writing this review!

My daughter was very very excited to receive this claw machine. Her cousin has a different one and just loves it and it works great. We were not so lucky. The claw machine does not open to collect the toys so we had to pack it up and return it. It was just a sad disappointment.

I love the concept but if you use all of the plushies and little stuff , its hard to get the prizes . My daughter Loved it anyways

The media could not be loaded. I was not expecting much. I reluctantly got this for my daughter as a cheaper option to a more expensive version because it seems like something they won’t play with for long but I got it and was so happy with how cute this was! I felt like for this price it was great quality.The volume can turn off, the claw is weak but does work. I got a toy with it after taking a few tries. The toys it comes with are so cute. My daughter will be delighted in this!Update: it’s been a few months and my daughter and her friends love it! It’s easy enough that she (3 years old) can get and win toys from it. Only complaint is there’s nothing stopping pieces from falling out of the hole you get the prize out of when you win so it can be a bit of a messy toy. Little prizes falling out of it a lot. I use pom pom balls as an added prize to keep it filled up and just have a little bag next to the machine to put the prizes that fall out into and then we refill the machine when it gets low. Over all very very good toy, great price, lots of play for littles from it!

I have 2 girls (6 and 8) and they LOVE this toy. It doesn’t seem super sturdy so who knows how long it will last but in a few weeks we have already gotten our moneys worth. This is one of their favorite toys they have ever gotten.

I bought two different brands of claw machines at the same time, both around the same price point. This one is inferior and harder to grab toys with than other one. With the other brand, people can get the hang of it after 3-5 tries. With this one, the claw is SO WEAK. It cannot pick up even the soft plushies, which are typically the EASIEST item to grab. The grip is WAY TOO LOOSE and the teeth of the claw are very blunt, making it impossible to grab anything. The swing range of the arm is also not great and doesn't reach all the areas of the containment area, so certain items will forever be out of reach. The little handle/knob on the round dial spins infinitely (like a fidget spinner) making it difficult for the children to rotate the dial because they keep spinning just the handle/knob, rather than moving the dial itself clockwise or counterclockwise. Why?? I don't know. I'm tempted to super glue the knob to the dial so that you cannot spin it separately from the actual dial.The only thing I liked about this machine over the other one was that the soft plushies that came with it were CUTER than those that came with the other machine. For that, I'll give it an extra star, but I cannot recommend this machine if that's the only thing I liked about it.
