Ahhh cold drink for hours!
Bought these smaller versions for my wife's bike due to small frame size. I also have 4 of the larger for our tandem and my single bike. We ride year round in Tucson AZ. These bottles keep liquids very cold for hours even in 95 to !00 degrees. The drink spout works well and locks closed. The finish is very good (powder coat??) and has held up well so far. I found plastic/fiber bottle holders to work better then metal. They are a bit pricey and certainly heavier then plastic bottles but those cold sips of water will make you forget about that in a minute.

Great Metal Water Bottle
This water bottle works like a charm. It is much better than the plastic one and is very sturdy, easy to use and easy to clean. I would recommend this to a friend or family member.

Keeps Fluids Cold!
This water bottle is awesome. Plastic bottles, including so called polar insulated bottles, just do not keep fluids cold for more than 1/2 hour to an hour. This thing fits in a water bottle cage, is easy to open and close, is easy from which to drink and keeps fluids cold for hours, even with very little ice.If you ride long distances in hot weather, this is the ticket!!

Amazing
I have used Camelbak Podium water bottles for a long time. The plastic models insulation has been unable to keep drinks cool during the extreme heat this year so I tried the podium steel bottles, while they are expensive they are worth it. Ice retention is much better than advertised and drinks remain ice cold after 6 to 8 hours of cycling in 100°+ heat.

Great water bottle but it needs a rubber cap
After I finish riding I normally empty the water bottle and screw the cap in the open position and place it back in the bike which I keep in the garage. The problem is that some insects will try to get in through the drinking hole and they may even stay inside that hole. A rubber cap will be a great addition.

A great insulating bike bottle
Excellent bottle for use on bicycles. The insulation keeps the fluids cold for a long time, a lot of times when I put ice in the bottle, there are still ice at the end of a long ride in the summer.
