First off it didn’t even fit in my sneakers. They are very wide fyi. If you have size 6 women’s fit be aware. They are comfortable and if they fit in my shoe would’ve helped my planter fasciitis but unfortunately they didn’t fit so had to return

I’ve worn these several times, and each time it severely hurts the bottom of my feet in the heel. I have another set that doesn’t do this, but these are pretty unstable, and it’s easy to Rock side to side as the material is extremely flexible. It seems pretty sturdy So I don’t feel like I’m sliding off exactly; however, it hurts way too much to wear.

I put Velcro on the back and use them as a wedge for my concealed pistol holster. It works great. I should patent this.

I had subtalar joint arthrodesis (joint fusion) and had to screws inserted through my heel bone to fuse the bones.. iv had weakness and sensitivity near my heal for the latter part of 6 months and had no recourse left than to buy insoles. Quality is 10/10. The support on the heel is 10/10. For some flat shoes I can see now the extra height can cause some stress on the ball of the foot but this is rare. I am happy I found some alleviation for my heel sensitivity. This is a game changer for me.

I found these pads very narrow and as such there’s a slide from left to right whilst wearing them. There is about a 2cm gap each side of them and the inside of my shoe upper. I don’t have large or wide feet I’m a size 9.5UK and 5ft 9” height.
