NEWGO Ankle Ice Pack Wrap for Injuries Reusable, Hot Cold Therapy

I’m 9 weeks post surgery on ankle ligaments. This has been great to use for heat to reduce stiffness and pain. Then also as cold for reducing swelling later in the day. Heats up in about 50 seconds and put over the sock for 15 mins and feels great afterwards. Easy to wrap around all of the ankle. It’s great value and good quality.

After ankle surgery, swelling has become my unwanted full-time companion, but thankfully this cooling pack has made things much more manageable.The cold therapy is really effective at helping reduce swelling and providing some much needed relief after being on my feet or following my exercises.The Velcro strap is a great feature,it keeps the pack securely in place without having to balance it awkwardly or stay completely still. I can actually move around a bit while wearing it, which is a huge plus during recovery.It’s also excellent value for money. The quality feels good, it’s comfortable to wear, and it’s versatile enough to use on other aches and pains once my ankle finally decides to cooperate. If you’re recovering from surgery or dealing with swelling, this cooling pack is definitely worth having on hand. My ankle may not be sending thank-you notes yet, but it’s certainly complaining a lot less.Can be used on different parts of the body, only point of note is can be really cold when straight out the freezer so use a tea towel to prevent freeze burn.

Quite good product. It helps with the pain and it is actually staying cold for quite some time. It doesn’t have leakage and the Velcro is very strong. The weight is not a big deal so I wear it when I work or walking within the house. In terms of appearance well it is an ice pack so it looks fairly ok. What i would change is maybe make bit shofter on the side that touches the leg cause now I can only use it on top of a sock cause it is very cold. Good thing it gets both sides of the ankle cold

Really good bit of kit. Bought it after fracturing my ankle, very swollen and sore. Good design and wraps around the ankle well. Would recommend 👌🏻

Bought to help alleviate achililies tendon pain. If put on as shown they don't apply enough cold, so found if you put them on back to front they work ok

Pretty good. Does exactly what I need. Stays on securely via the strap. Stays cold for about 20mins.Looks and fits well.

Way better to use this than any other system! Also got a knee one! Fully recommend!
