Good product - I use this as a binder when I add nuts/berries/etc to my gluten free bread machine recipes.

This xanthum gum was incredibly helpful in elevating my ninja creami recipes. It works well with low fat, zero sugar bases, was definitely worth the price as it’s one of the cheapest options, and make my ice cream much thicker than before. My only gripe with the product is the zip-lock. It’s pretty hard to seal, and I’m not sure if it was only my package, but overall it’s a good product. Would recommend.

I use Xanthan Gum a tremendous amount, and I’m still working my way through this bag. I make batches of PreHy (PreHydrated Xanthan Gum), so I have a “gel” readily available in the fridge. Then I use in a variety of ways: - sauces - beurre blanc becomes the easiest sauce with some PreHy - near foolproof - salad dressings - emulsify dressings to coat salads - new favorite - put in milk for frothing in coffee drinks. The PreHy with milks really captures the bubbles from frothing, making milk-coffee drinks feel rich Not to mention my original use-case, which is for Ninja Creami recipes
