The only ingredients we source from China are certain vitamins and minerals, that are not readily available anywhere else in the quantities needed, such as taurine and B vitamins. If a product is made outside of the USA, it will be noted on the package as "product of". We hope this helps! **Q: Does this have iodine in it? My cat cannot have iodine.** A: I do not currently have that flavor at home, so I cannot verify for certain. But I do have the Purina Beyond grain free chicken & egg, and do not see iodine listed. There is calcium iodate though, if that's the same thing. I hope that helps! **Q: Is the fish wild or farm raised?** A: It claims to be "wild caught" fish on the bag.
