Hi Robert. Please check your existing pedal straps and match. That is the best way to see compatibility. These straps have two slots on one side for fixed mounting and ridges on the other side to slide into the locking on the pedals for custom fit. SBD

What is the width of the end that has the two slots in it?

The slot is 9/16" width. Good luck.

What is the width of the ratchet end of the strap?

1 inch, maybe just shy of a inch. I had trim mine with some scissors and they worked fine.

Do these work with a livestrong ls5ou?

These have slots on both ends. These will work as long as the pedals have slot mounts both sides.
