Well worth the cost
This is an excellent all around headset. Sound quality for both the speaker and mic are impressive. I am yet to have the battery go out on me even with all day meetings and gaming in the evening. Connection issues are quite rare, and I can indeed roam pretty much my entire house without worry that it will drop. I should say that it might not fit users with smaller heads, as I have it on the smallest it can go and it just barely works for me, and I did have to repair the earmuff as it started coming undone. Overall though, I would happily recommend this headset.

Very clear and comfortable!
Absolutly fantastic! I had another Yealink product that failed 6 months in... just went silent! So I got this one... it is far more comfortable and it has a clear/crisp audio! For whatever reason (ID-10-T error I am sure) I cannot get it to work with Zoom even when I change the source... however, even with that snag, it is getting 5 stars due to the comfort and crisp sound. I wish I had one hooked to my cell when moving about. It is that comfortable!

NO parts - No Customer Service
I have had this headset for 5 months and the small pad on the right side fell apart. THERE IS NO REPLACEMENT PART FOR THIS PAD. DO NOT BUT THIS HEADSET!! Sound is good and it works like they say and if you only need it for a couple of months then buy and then get rid of it. If you want to use it for a longer time buy something else. I reached out to the company (Yealink) nothing. I reached out to Amazon customer service nothing...

Generally fantastic, but not perfect
Connected to my office phone with the required adapter. While the overall performance & quality are really good, the one thing keeping it from 5 stars is that it sometimes loses its operability after a period of inactivity. It has always been solvable by unplugging the power cord for 10 seconds or so, but wish it didn't have to be done.

Great bit of kit, used daily
Very nice product, used everyday and really comfortable. Range is good, I can easily go from our office to the warehouse and hold a call with someone. Only reason for dropping a star is, whilst the ear piece is very comfortable, it does get quite hot to wear so I do end up taking it off between calls. It is nice that if the phone rings and you take the handset off the stand to no out it back on that it auto answers the call.
