Primary Phonics Storybook Set 6

My books came sealed in plastic wrap but there must have been a factory issue with mine, because I received two book 8's and missing book 7. For an expensive set of books, I expected to get them all.

Primary Phonics is an awesome learning tool for reading. My daughter first used these books at her Montessori preschool & was reading at age 4. I purchased the set online to encourage her to read over summer break & she absolutely loves them. I just ordered the next set - set 2 and the workbooks. I can't wait to get them and start using them with her. These books are definetly worth the money.

This series is very good for beginning readers. It starts with one syllable short vowel sound words, and expands in sequential order up through long vowel sounds and eventually multi-syllable words. I've used it to help tutor. I don't give it five stars because it's not perfect, but it's very good.

An absolutely wonderful series for the beginning reader! Engaging and appropriate for the school-aged child with sounds introduced one at a time so that your child is able to progress at his or her own speed. As the final set in this series these engaging stories offer a reading approach that easily facilitates and reinforces successful reading. Highest recommendations!!!
