Works great for wood therapy will buy again,Just be careful using directly on skin if you have very soft & thin skin it could scratch or tear in fragile areas other wise is a overall amazing set

These are great solid wood lymphatic drainage massage tools. I like that they come with a bag so it makes it easy to carry on vacation. Definitely recommend these!!

Nice beginner kit comes neatly packing with a bag to keep everything together which makes it great for traveling also. Nice assortment of tools and comes with an instruction book to get you started until you get use to it. The wood is nice and smooth, no rough edges. Well-made and sturdy.

I'm quite impressed with the "KNOTKARE Premium 6-in-1 Wood Therapy Massage Tools Set ... Maderoterapia Kit Professional ... ". I was expecting this kit to be like the ones you find for sale at Christmastime when people are struggling to find something for that hard-to-buy-for relative. That is not what this set is. The wood is quality, and each piece is well-made and is finished (sanded) so there are no hard edges, and they feel soft to the touch. I appreciate that there is a large drawstring pouch that feels similar to velour and holds all the wood tools. It comes with a booklet that explains about "wood therapy" (a term I'd never heard before) as well as instructions for using each of the tools. I have used them all and as someone who does lymphatic massage, I think the Swedish Cup and Octopus/Mushroom will be the most beneficial for my routine. The octopus is smaller than I thought it would be but that is a good thing because it's more comfortable to hold in my hands and use. The wood back massager feels amazing. It's that content "Ah" feeling you get when you are finally able to scratch a nagging itch. If you have long hair you may want to pin it up before using so it doesn't get caught like mine did with my first use. I have to use a little more care with the cube roller & wheel roller, so I don't use to much pressure when rolling. The ax scraping board is the one I use the least, but it is a little larger in size and I'm not that efficient using it on myself. The photos in the booklet showing how to use the scraping board use one of a slightly different shape. The one in the kit is the one shown on this listing and on the cover of the booklet. I get very achy in my back, shoulders, and hips. I own about every massage type device you could think of from electronic to manual, but the one ache I haven't found a good tool for yet is my hips and legs, especially after the gym. the two tool things with handles have done wonders on my aches and pains. I've used them to roll out leg cramps and to work out knots in my hips. Many of the other tools are also great for increasing circulation all over the body, from your feet, legs, back, and even to your scalp. I love this tool set, it seems to be very durable so I will likely be using it for years to come.
