This cable works great. I got the longer one so that I can have my laptop closer to me and see the screen on my TV. The picture is phenomenal! I also specifically wanted a braided cord as they do seem sturdier. I liked that it has caps for both ends to keep them protected during storage and a nice Velcro wrap to keep it all in one place. I received this item thinking it was 16ft. It seemed a bit shorter, but I have little to no perception of length or distance, but the one I was sent was only about 12 ft so I encourage buyers to make sure they rec'd the proper length. The cable works very well, feels durable and it is heavy and thick which is what I want in such a HD cable for the length/distance. Efficient speed in delivering video and audio, no delays or interruptions, delivery issues. It was compatible with my laptop and television which was my biggest concern because I had to return several before I found this one.

So far it works great. Only used with 1080p monitor though. Wish I'd gotten a 1 ft cable now, but price was very good.

I purchased this HDMI cable to replace my old one (from my previous TV) to remove sizzling noise and breaking (from time to time) each time when I watch any program on my brand new 65" Samsung TV QLED. To my surprise - it worked. I am really pleased and keep my fingers crossed . Great price for this HDMI cable.
