Lightens load on working memory
I'm showing these to my doctors and they love them, too! So so so simple and brilliant. Truly a genius device. They are most useful for the occasional pills, like when I need to take ibuprofen. The timer on top keeps me on time without taking too much. The only feature I wish it had is an optional upgraded smart version that tracked a history so I could see more than just the last dose taken. I wouldn't need that on all my medicines, but it would've been handy when my ADHD 17-year old son thought he'd been taking acetaminophen every 4 hours instead of rotating it with ibuprofen as follows: taking acetaminophen then 4 hours later ibuprofen then 4 hours later acetaminophen then 4 hours later ibuprofen. I could see from the timer that he'd taken acetaminophen 3 hours prior, but not how much he'd taken in the last 48 hours. He's fine. ER and bloodwork proved that. But I only need this simple timer for my own medicine. Truly a game changer when your kids are old enough to take their own medicine but still need some oversight. Also takes having to remember exactly when you took your own medicine off your working memory!

they must have redesigned, it doesn;t work anymore
I ordered this 2 years ago and it lasted for a long time. Then I reordered in August 2026 and both had poor adhesion and the click method popped open the mechanism and it wouldn't go back on. Once you twist and the adhesion is useless, it is ineffective. Disappointed

Effective and helpful
I had previously bought the Time Cap set but the batteries ran out and it seems they arenโt available anywhere. Iโve found these to be almost as good, and theyโre easy to use. I like the way they go onto any cap. I just pour my refills into the bottle after emptying it of the previous one. The timer is crisp and clear. Itโs helpful for those mental fog days when I canโt remember if or when I took my meds and because it sits on top of the bottle cap, it reminds me to reset the timer. A helpful side effect is on the days I forget to take my meds, I can track reasons why to help avoid it in the future, making my habits stronger. Overall, timer caps are one of the most useful and effective tools Iโve found in the self-care world and recommend them to anyone who has to take regular medications.

One faulty
I got a two pack and one of them does not work. When trying to request replacement it wants me to just return the item. I am using the one that does work and do not want to be without it waiting for another.

This changed my life & not even being dramatic
Did I take my meds already or am I thinking of last night? Wait did I forget my meds yesterday? Did I miss that morning dose? Am I accidentally taking 2 doses and overdosing? Did I miss a dose and now I'm gonna have bad side effects of stopping cold turkey? If you have ever found yourself asking similar questions, this product is for you! For the overthinkers and ADHD brained (and probably old people too), look no further. Plus it comes with 2! You just stick it on top of your bottle with the little 3M sticky tab. It comes with that. Also comes with the batteries already in it. Not sure of said battery life yet. This could even work to keep track of birth control, you could stick it on the pack. It's really awesome and if I had more pills to take I'd buy one for every bottle! And like, so budget friendly compared to the smart ones. One time I knocked the bottle off my table and it landed headfirst on the timer and reset it so I had to revert to my brain to remember whether I already took it or not. But I probably couldn't do that again if I tried. Use caution if you carry your pill bottles in bags or something like that on the go cause it could get accidentally pressed and reset. TLDR: 10/10 no notes.

It does its job but has a few flaws.
I use this and I think it's pretty useful. I could have made or used an app to do the same thing but that requires me to have my phone with me everytime I take my pill. That's a slipper slope for someone really forget ful. It's really easy to just press the button and know when I took the pill last. I do HATE that the attachment is just a sticker on the top of the lid. Which means I'll have to reuse this lid and container FOREVER if I want ot keep using it. Otherwise I'll have to reapply adhesive. That's a design flaws that I think is overlooked. Battery life i'm not sure I just started using it but I don't see it being a problem really. It fits the most common pill bottle tops so it'll work for whatever you need. Also sometimes it's hard to register a press which is a nnoying. It 'll take like 3-4 times before it resets the timer. That could be frustrating for older people who have weaker wrists. Would recommend but be wary of the cons.

Helpful-update-battery ran out after 5 months
So handy! These have been a game changer for me and my husband. It is helpful to see if you have already taken a pill and forgot if you did. I have also recommended these to my patients who have memory issues to see when they last took an as needed medication like tylenol. You naturally push the button to reset the timer when you open the cap, so it couldn't be easier to use! UPDATE-after 5 months, one of our reminders quit working, and i dont see how to replace the battery. Still a good product overall for the price, but the battery wears out.

Works, but only with rigid pill bottle caps
I had extremely poor results with it almost never resetting once attached. As in 1/10 times type result. It works by bending a piece of metal down to bridge a connection when you press down. This itself seems decent, itโs pretty springy, the issue is that if your pill bottle cap isnโt rigid enough it will bend, this will prevent the timer from depressing enough to reset the timer. Make sure you use a rigid cap. Itโs not universal like the description claims. Maybe buy a nicer reusable bottle to pair with, but having it not compatible with the default bottle from a major pharmacy chain in an unclear way has to lose points. I see others noting battery life, it does look maybe replaceable if you take the screws out, the cap pries off diagonally pretty easily. Update: while the lid is off, you can put one finger on the inside then push from the top to get reliable resets. I still recommend pairing with a compatible lid, but if you already stuck it on one thatโs an option for avoiding trying to reuse the adhesive

Will likely give me another 10-20 years with my wife
My wife is horrible at remembering to take her pills on time. These have literally saved her life and while they are pretty expensive for what they are, a small price to pay to have your loved ones take their pills on time.

You'll know if you took your medicine today
It works. If you forget whether or not you took your pill today, just look at the timer, which tells you how many hours since you last opened the bottle. If it says more than 24 hours, you didn't take it today! The timer resets when you seal the bottle as you press down on the cap. The glue sticks the timer permanently to the cap, really well. When you buy a new bottle of pills, put the old cap onto the new bottle or decant the pills into the old bottle. Only con is that you have to buy a new timer eventually when the battery runs out, whenever that will be. This product is invaluable to me, I'm forgetful.

Literally buying peace of mind
I have ADHD and I need to take medication daily. I donโt know why it took me this long to learn about these but they are definitely a game changer! You might need to change the sticker at the bottom or add double sided tape. Otherwise, I love the product! These should be sold in every pharmacies.

Useful
You get to so they're not expensive for what they are, but I feel like most people don't need to they work really well, I use them to make sure I Ve taken my morning med and I don't overdo it, you just press down, I've stuck them onto a metal pill container, I bought off Amazon as mine don't come in the traditional American pill bottles. It did take a while to get here as it had to be dispatched. And for some reason, had to go through customs, so Im getting it come from America, so be warned if you need it quickly.

Broken
Received it, one didn't work . The onw that did work works ok so far but really bright screen worried about battery life. Also have to push down to reset timer instead of fool proof one that resets when the caps taken off.
