The steam is powerful and removes wrinkles easily. I have had steamer previously but this oen is the best so fa. It also comes with one glove which is very useful to avoid your hand from burning as the steam is very powerful.Please don’t hesitate to buy!

I bought this steamer few months back, to be honest it was working fine, we usually use it few times a week, sadly it stopped working, it's not heating anymore and when I try to plug it in, the whole electricity at home goes off, I tried to reach out to Q-Tech General Trading LLC but no answer, amazon also is not helping, I paid for the warranty and in the end all my money is wasted. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

It does the job. Faster than the classic iron, not as effective though.Protective glove could be a bit thicker as I burned myself a a bit on few occasions.Would be better if it had light working or anything that the water needs to be topped up.Also it’s a bit pain to putting clothes on with the at steamer.. so i basically hang my clothes on extra hanger in front. I use this original one only if i have something long.stability is also questionable when its down to clothes heavier than t-shirts.

My Panasonic 2000W Vertical Garment Steamer is less than one year old and has started leaking badly. When I purchased it from Amazon, I also paid for an additional two-year insurance/protection plan, expecting that repairs would be straightforward if any issue occurred.Unfortunately, I have been unable to get any support. There is no repair option available on Amazon, no customer service number to call, and no one to speak to regarding my claim. I have already submitted a service request, but I have received no response at all.This experience has been extremely frustrating. I purchased the extended protection plan for peace of mind, yet when I actually need assistance, there is no effective support available.I request an immediate response and a prompt repair or replacement of my garment steamer in accordance with the protection plan I purchased.

Its not the highest quality, budget product
Base is quite flimsy, hose is thin and bends while you go low, which causes noise from the pump. If the hose was heavier material and tank fittings was tight, would have been ideal
