Worst service
The worst product ever .I'm amazon Prime subscriber, never had any complaint, but this product has taken away my peace.I bought it in July for my office, but somehow the interior work got delayed and I couldn't test it on time but during First week of August I come to know about the leaking in it , Since then I chase the company to look into this matter So that I can you it but none come yet . Every another day I got message that someone will come and I ended up waiting for them .The worst service ever, inspite of spending around 10k I couldn't use this till date ☹️☹️ highly disappointed and never gonna suggest or trust this brand's product.

It is nice and good quality product cooling temperature is good and it's usefull for home and office area. No leakage , durability is nice but small damage in body before delivered.

No service available from bonkaso ..Very very bad product.. please don't waste your money on this .. go for good company products who responds to you when ur product has any repairs.. i purchased it 2 months ago within a month cooling water and refrigerator both not working.. raised complaint many times to Amazon customer care but they are unable to resolve ..upon that they just make fool out of u by giving false hopes.. I searched in Google there is no such bonkaso company .. so no company no technicians to repair.. so don't go for it... Got for voltas or some other good company products where service is available.. don't waste ur hard earn money here...

Fraud company and Fraud product with zero support
They seem like a fraud company the delivered product stopped working within a week and been nearly a month trying to reach them to resolve but no support and no one is reverting. Worst experience ever and worst dispenser to order as no cooling work and faulty product
