Fabulous, unique tast!

If you like jalapeno flavor but not over the top hot, this is your jalapeno sauce. Delicious!!!!!

Good solid hot sauce
This is a nice hot sauce that balances heat with flavor pretty well. Since purchasing this I realized that I simply don't favor the Jalapeno based sauces but I do recognize that it is still a really good sauce and I've been cooking with it quite a lot.

Better, but room for improvement.
This sauce is darker green than the older bottle of Melinda's Jalapeno I had in my fridge, probably because they dropped the #T-139 Green from the ingredients list, and also the xanthan gum.The pepper flavor comes out a little more in the newer recipe, but it's still overpowered by vinegar. Love Melinda's other sauces, this one not as much.
