Pretty easy to use and understand, decent durability,and good resistance and quality materials some were even more than I could do myself!

I bought this for 2 reasons1. I m teaching myself to play the guitar.2. I enjoy going to the range and enjoy putting holes in paper.The grip helps both. It helps to strengthen your finger to pull a trigger nice and smoothAnd helps to be able to get used to stretching your fingers for the guitar.I recommend it.

Bought this for myself and it came with a bunch of great tools and I use them all almost daily! Maybe my wife will finally love me again... but my grip strength regardless has improved! They seem really durable but I'm not strong enough for my wife to love me so I'm probably not strong enough to break this so who knows! Overall great product and fits in my hands great!

finger holders were wanky. rubber without being rounded in structure causes the material at finger stretch function to hang at joints swollen from arthritic inflammation. it could be improved and even thought thru for DIFFERENT HANDS FINGER LENGTHS

The media could not be loaded. I’ve wanted to focus on building my forearms and this set certainly offers some versatility in that area! I have gotten the most use out of the large rubber rings and the typical grip strength device (see video for the grip device), which can both easily be a part of a multitasking afternoon. There is also a hand-held device which can work each individual finger’s strength and then the gray and black individual finger stretch device with a strap that Velcro’s around your wrist. I’d say the kit is well worth the price, and I’m excited to gain some forearm size and strength!! 💪🏼💪🏼
