Emergency food
I havenโt tried them but good to have in case of emergency, hiking, food shortages or zombie apocalypse.

6 days emergency rations for the Zombie Apocalypse
These biscuits come individually wrapped in cellophane, then 4 x individuals are grouped together into 6 x vacuum sealed foil packs. Giving you a total of 24 biscuits altogether; packaged into a novelty tin. Sadly my tin was delivered by Royal Mail and not an Amazon driver so it was a bit bashed at one end and I had to 'adjust' it with some pliers to get the lid to slide on and stay put as it's designed to. The tin itself is a bit weak and the sliding lid is more of a novelty than anything, it won't last but still a nice touch As for the biscuits themselves? I'll admit I had to try one and it wasn't too bad. Kinda like a really hard shortbread with less sugar, so I thought I'd have another... You know, just to be sure. I don't recommend eating 2 biscuits back to back like that, as after finishing my second I noticed a bit of an aftertaste. I had mine early instead of breakfast and normally by lunchtime I'm starving, but I had no appetite for any food for lunch, normally I'd take a nap after lunch but that didn't happen either, I was sort of fidgety. My appetite finally returned around 6pm. To be fair these are high energy foods and I was just sitting at my desk but I'll say that 2 x biscuits was definitely enough to see me through til dinner. They're supposed to be 1 x biscuit every 6 hours for your daily rations, but 2 alone was plenty for me just sitting at a desk to see me through. If you have one every 4 hours, there should be enough in the tin for 6 days, so if you had these in your pack and something happened and you needed to wait to be rescued, you could ration them much further at a push. Or use them as compact, lightweight, high energy food if you're hiking miles and miles with a heavy pack. Currently priced at forty quid they seem expensive but when you break it down that's just over ยฃ6.50 a day for 6 days or ยฃ1.67 per meal (about the same price as a bag of chips), but these will last for 20 years... How much will a bag of chips cost in 2044 I wonder. So long as there's an alien invasion or zombie outbreak in the next 20 years, I should be okay for the first week.

Good to have in case of emergencies
Quite an expensive item this, but it does have a best before date of 2044. They're basically high protein emergency rations should a situation arise where food became unavailable. Handy to have in a bug out kit or to keep a couple in your vehicle. So what you get is a nice metal tin with a slide on lid, inside you will find 6 silver packages, opening a package reveals 4 blocks of individually wrapped chunky biscuits. Each of the biscuits weighs 62.5g and contains 286 calories. If you eat a biscuit every 6 hours the whole tin would in theory sustain you for 6 days. So for 6 days worth of food the price doesn't seem so bad (ยฃ39.99 at the time of reviewing). Taste wise they're a bit like Horlicks, but not as creamy. The biscuits are hard, but not break your teeth hard, and to be honest the taste is certainly not unpleasant. If you're someone who likes to be prepared for unexpected events, then this is a pretty shrewd buy.

Good value
Well packed and arrived quickly. I am no prepper or survivalist, but the pandemic in the UK did teach me that things can happen quickly, and you can get shut off in your own home easily. so keeping some emergency food and water never hurts. You get a sturdy tin with 6 packs of 4 bars inside. the packs of bars are tightly vacuum sealed in a very sturdy plastic wrapping thats not going to get compromised any time soon. the bars themselves are actually quite tasty, they remind me of shortbread. when eating one of the bars i didnt get a dry mouth, nor did i need a drink, but can see me eating these with a cold glass of milk lol. Shelf life is 20 years and will be stashing the rest of mine away as a just in case food source. Great product, great price.

Maybe is good.
The tin has defective lid. Otherwise is good. I didnโt opened anything so I canโt say anything about the product.

Really nice food bars... great quality
High amount of energy, brilliant for emergency camps or trips where you may get cut off from getting to the shops. Good food supply... good energy... good source of fuel. These things will get you to where you need to be no matter what, no matter how far you need to go with no real food, you will be able to survive. Good for when you need to load up on lightweight food to last you many days but not weigh you down. Especially for bikepacking or hiking.

Well packed and palatable
Does what it says on the tin - quite literally. The bars are well packed and have an impressive 20 year shelf life. They are more palatable than competitive products I have tried. If you have access to hot water, they also make a pleasant enough porridge. Not an established brand, but you can buy with confidence.

Great taste and peace of mind
With a shelf life of 20 years and coming in a sturdy tin this is a great way to store food that may really help in an emergency. They taste great, probably one of my favourite flavours yet and don't take up loads of space. They come wrapped with four bars and there are six of them. Will be taking on my next hike!

Tastes great and convenient nutrition!
Great energy bars. Sweet mild taste that packs a nutritional punch when you are busy. Iโm an R.N. at a very busy medical campus. And these really help out as meal replacements, on hectic days. The taste is a nice change from the standard protein bars.
