This my second one purchased! It works great both traveling and at home. I did lose my firstUK adapter on an overnight transatlantic flight. Wish I could get a replacement black adapter.

I like the fact that it’s usable in other countries, however had some issues getting it work first time. Thanks

Loved the idea of this charger. Greatly simplifies travel with electronics. However the MagSafe charger doesn’t work. Tried my iPhone and AirPods. No charge, my electronics work without issue in other MagSafe chargers. I tried contacting the company for help, impossible. I sent an email. No response. No choice but to return. Ordered a similar type of charger from a competitor, slightly more expensive but the MagSafe charger works great. Well worth the few extra dollars. I would avoid buying from this company. Item not reliable and customer service non-existent. Thank goodness returns with Amazon are so easy.UPDATE - figured out how to make the MagSafe charger work. Need to keep fiddling with the power button so the digital display goes on and then quickly put your phone on the Mag Safe charging pad. The power button needs several tries to go on though. Still returning the product as the other competitors product works more reliably. Also crickets from customer service.

Great for travel. I always take it with me anywhere I go. Having the UK and EU plugs are nice

As a battery, this holds enough power to charge my phone case battery once, which is the only way I’m using it on my 6-week trip. As a charger it falls short because it does not support pass-through. So you use it at night to charge a couple devices. But it will run out of power before finishing so you have to remember to wake up in the middle of the night to let it recharge, then wake up again to finish charging your devices. It’s just too big to haul around for that much work, but would be amazing if it did pass-through. I’m glad I have my old-fashioned dual charger and only rely on this to recharge the phone case. I bought two and neither of us will take them on a trip again. After my 6-week trip it’s too late too return of course.

Definitely needed for those who travel a lot! I usually have to carry multiple chargers for all my devices but this has it all. Its small and sleeks and its less things to carry with you when traveling. It even has different wall adapter heads so if you are traveling over seas you are covered. Great value, and its battery life is great too. But it is less then some of the other charging banks I have had.

Love that it has a usb-c port and the lightening port. And it worked so amazingly traveling in Europe to charge at night and then fit in my purse all day!
