This headset had worked very well for me at work. It effectively filters out background noise when speaking. After a while, one of the sides stopped working but I had an amazing experience with Fiona on their staff and she sent me a new, perfectly working set as part of the warranty. Fiona is the best!

Edited to change review from 4 stars to 1 star.The same thing happened with the replacement headphone. I am now listening to music and work calls with just the left earpiece working. There is obviously a flaw in the design. I would not recommend them because of this. The price is too high for 2 different headsets to half work after 3 months.Older post:I ordered these headphones three months ago and love them. They completely remove any road noise when I'm in my car and stay on better than in-ear ones. They work seamlessly with my Android phone and work computer, and I have no issues using them with Teams. The buttons are small, but I've adapted.However, after a few months, the right earpiece stopped working despite being treated gently the entire time. I tried visiting the LEVN Store for support, but as another reviewer noted, the form couldn't find the model. I then checked the invoice to find the seller and contacted DUWEIKEJI. They sent me troubleshooting tips, but they didn’t fix the issue with the right earpiece. Fortunately, they immediately sent a replacement.As others have mentioned, Dina provided excellent customer service. Despite the issue, I like the headphones and the customer service so much that they deserve 4 out of 5 stars.

I don't want to knock the headset themselves. There is a quality issue I am currently having with the right ear piece only working in a certain position. Of course this happened 5 days after my return eligibility date.The reason I gave the unit only 2 stars is only because I have not received a single response to any of my contact attempts.The sound quality is great for over the ear.Noise cancellation for the person on the other end of a call is great. Made phone calls with sunroof open and windows partially down and I was told they could hear me clearly on the other side.Battery life is great. I am a heavy phone user throughout the day. And the battery will last all day without having to stop and charge.If I finally get a response from the manufacture I will update this review.UPDATE!!!!!:Amazon sent me to the manufacture of the headset for service issue. And that was the delayed respond from the manufacture.The Seller got the message and immediately jumped into action to get everything resolved.Dina, worked hard to get my issue resolved and they have my upmost respect for the speed and the way they handled the situation.I really do love the product and use it daily in my work and personal life.I will continue to do business with Dina and team and looking forward to see what other items they put up on Amazon.Dina,I want to personally thank you for you help.

It works great. Sound is very good and mic works very well.I can use for hours with minimal discomfort.Battery last a very long time. I can get two days with average use. Even on days of heavy usage it can last more than 8 hrs.Fit for me are perfectRange is also very good, I think more than 15 feet it can still maintain connection.My biggest con, it uses a proprietary connection, this is for me the biggest weakness of this product. If you forget the cable, no charging option.

Acceptable sound and comfort. Unfortunately, the left side speaker started to cut out after 16 months. I suspect that this had something to do with me pivoting the microphone stem up and down as that sometimes cures the issue.

Not great, not bad. They adjust on any noise and apparently this headset cancels all noise Even your voice if it detects any other noise . That has been my biggest complaint. If you walk outside and there's any wind. no one can hear you on the other side of the call. The other issue is people will say that you get quiet all of a sudden during the call. They are decently comfortable. And battery life is good. overall, I would recommend just because I'm aware I am hard on items because I work outside and they worked with me on these.Also the other issues I had they have reached out and offered replacement due to the failure of my charge cord. And mic issues, I would recommend them since they have good customer serviceUpdate again customer service does good job helping but the product just isn't good if you worn outside I would wear them around my neck and just setting around my neck apparently they would get too hot and just never worked again first pair lasted 2 and 1/2 3 months then had charger issues. Second pair lasted like 2 weeks or 3 weeks. The replacement that they sent for the second bad one quit working after 3 days. And I only wore the third one out once around my neck in the heat.. no physical damage happened to any of them and I was not prying on them. So I think it's best to find more durable brand. But if you don't work outside or in noisy rnvironment they worked good.

Switched to VOIP system at work. Truck broker, on the phone for 10 hours a day. My previous phone system had over ear with handset lifter. I tried an in ear style and was unconformable for long term use. So I found this one.LOVE the headset. So light weight, volume is freaking phenomenal. No one complains of background noise, everyone can hear me and I cannot turn up volume all the way or my eardrums hurt! Connectivity to my PC is great. Charge cord could be longer as I have no ports close to desk but that's manageable.Only downfall is comfortability on the ear. The left side where microphone is, sits at a funny angle on my ear. I have to set the ear bud on the top of my ear opening as opposed to wear it belongs. Other than that... this headset is WAY worth the money.
