Unit stopped working after 2 months.Not sure why...tried to reset, tried tech support, works for a little while then stops. The seller responded quickly with options to reset. This didn't fix it. But seller is replacing it...great service is valuable.

This headset is terrible. I bought my first one in April 2024, and it only lasted until February 2025, when one side stopped working. I have no idea why, other than liking the general design and feel of the headset, but I immediately ordered another one exactly like it. Now, less than a year later, it stopped working. It won't hold a charge. Complete garbage. I have ordered a completely different headset by another manufacturer now and will hopefully have better luck with it. Update: After I left the review above, the seller reached out to me to offer a full refund. I accepted their offer but they never sent the refund nor responded to my follow-up message inquiring about the status.

So, I work from home and needed a new headset because I wear it all day and no one could hear my old one. When I first opened the box, I thought they looked a little cheap, but boy was I wrong. Nothing was further from the truth. They are super comfy and light. They linked to my computer easily. Everyone I talk to says they hear me crystal clear. I was very impressed.

Reason They're Great: The noise canceling is fantastic! I have a Jeep Wrangler with big mud tires and generally have the top off all summer. I've not been able to make or receive calls while driving due to wind and road noise wit all past bluetooth headsets. My dad, the most sensitive person to background noise, didn't realize I was driving while wearing the LEVN! Reason I couldn't give 5 stars and may need to send them back: I have long hair and the most appropriate way to wear them is with the band under my hair, however, my hairline pushes the band down which forces the portion that sits behind my ear into the backs of my ears which is terribly uncomfortable. I tried to see if there was any repositioning or bending of the band but it won't hold a bend. So either I wear my hair up all the time to accommodate the bluetooth or I need to return them.

I love these headphones. Haven’t taken them off since I got them. Granted. I work as a truck driver and needs something to talk with. My only issue with them which makes them no longer able to use is my charger crapped out on me so I can’t charge it anymore. In need of a replacement charger but not sure where to look. They’re not the most audiophile headset being open ear but they do what it needs to. I also at first had issues with them hurting my earlobe after long periods of time but I just learned to move them down to my neck for a little. Volume control is easy, mic quality hasn’t been an issue, the design is simple but effective, and they fit me pretty well. Overall, they’re great but I need a new charger

Read all the reviews before about the back of the ears hurting and mine did hurt for a few days but I learned to take off when I don’t have calls and that helped so much so I work remote and I just don’t wear them all the time but I love these more then any other head set I have owned

3rd Review. Changing to 1 star. My Boss just told me to go back to my wired ear buds as the sound quality of my headset is lacking. When I speak it comes through as choppy. Too bad as I had high hopes for this item. 2nd Review. Changing to 2 stars. After using this headset for a month or more I wish I would have ordered the ear buds. The battery life is awful and I find myself 2 times per week having to charge mid-shift and go back to my wired ear buds. The plastic in the back that connects the 2 ear pieces does not allow me to lean back in my chair, at least with my head. / They work as expected. This is the first wireless headset I've used. I did not think about the battery wearing out mid work shift. I would like longer battery life.

Worked well for the first few months then one of the earbuds stopped transmitting sound. For this price and the type of headphone it is I would expect the product to be more rugged and successful in operation. The headphones were used sitting at a desk for work calls. Disappointed in the shelf life of this product.
