I’ve been using this magnesium for about two months now and I’m even happier with it. I usually struggle with constipation and bloating, and I’ve noticed it helps me have more regular bowel movements and I feel less bloated. I also work out several days a week, and it helps me relax after training and sleep better at night. It has become part of my daily routine, and I plan to keep using it.
