Decent taste but too sticky after melting
Bought these to make homemade cake pops with my son. The recommended method of melting is in the microwave which isn't great. It worked better in a "double boiler" method or bain marie. You have to be very quick to use it as it gets very tacky very quickly. You cannot reheat to improve the melt, it just makes things worse. The flavor isn't GREAT but the cake pops turned out well, just too thick on the outside.

Wilton pink chocolate package cut open.
One out of two of my Wilton packages of pink chocolates was sliced open. The chocolates were all over the box. It appears a box sliced half the bag open which allowed the chocolates to spill out.

Perfect for silicone molds
I bought a silicone candy mold for a baby shower and these candies worked well! I tried using a double boiler and a Wilton squeeze bottle, but found that just microwaving the candies in a glass bowl worked best. I spooned the chocolate in the mold and used a silicone spatula to scrape the excess away. It's a little more messy but less wasteful than using a squeeze bottle-in my experience, anyway! It tastes sweet and melts like chocolate but doesn't quite taste like it-but it's good! I know the price fluctuates on amazon, but these were a good deal when I bought them.

Great for cake pops!
I used these in the Wilton Chocolate Pro Electric Melting Pot to cover a batch of cake pops & was extremely pleased with the texture. They melted easily and remained smooth until I was done (I started with the level suggested for the Melting Pot and added about 1/3 of a cup at a time to keep the level high enough to dip a cake ball). I didn't think I would like the flavor, but when eaten all togehter (on a coated ball, not directly from the bag) it had a very nice flavor. I will continue to buy these in various colors.
