One or two of these tablets and a glass of water is enough to give serious relief when dealing with acid reflux. The taste is acceptable: maybe not as good as Tums, but better than other medicine. If you find that you're reaching for antacids often, this is a good buy.

I buy these to refill smaller bottles that I keep throughout the house, in the car, at work, etc. my GERD is mostly contained by famotidine, but I miss doses or eat too much sugar and then need antacids. It's a normal thing for me. I don't tolerate heartburn well, so I need these. They work. They don't taste horrible. Yeah, they're chalky, but the non-chalky antacids just don't work as well. The price is better per tablet than I can find elsewhere.

These work good, taste good, are effective, and the calcium is a plus. 5 broken ribs. I'll take my calcium where I can get it. I've been using these for a while, and will continue. Good stuff.

Like this brand because its a lot cheaper than Tums. But its harder than the smoothies I used to get from Tums. It works the same, though.
