If your on the fence about buying one of these belts, just do it. You won't regret it. I thought about buying one of these for well over a year. I finally decided to to it and I'm sorry I waited. It works exactly as it should, and makes for precise adjustment and makes for a more comfortable belt. You can trim it to fit you, so it's even customized to your body. The buckle is a bit heavier and bulkier than most normal belts, but I honestly don't notice it at all while wearing it. The finish on the buckle is nice and I think it makes it look like a much more expensive belt. I really can't find anything bad to say about it. I even like how it was packaged. It came inside a small box made to fit it perfect and was also inside a protective bag inside the box. I have been using the belt for several weeks and I have had no issues. I can't say this will last as long as a normal belt because of the adjusting mechanism, but it does seem like it should hold up for a long time, and the price is just right.

These have been my preferred belts for the last five years. I love the wide variety of buckle options. For me, the leather lasts about a year and half or so. After that, the "teeth" that grip the buckle start to wear down from repeated use and won't grip as well. Sometimes I can make it last a bit longer by trimming the end of the leather piece to shift them a little bit so that the buckle is now gripping a part that is not as worn down. I leave the leather a bit long when I first use it so that this is possible. The buckles last longer, and I like that you can buy just the leather to use with buckles you already have. Even though they last a little over a year, I have bought one each year since I started using them.Since these belts can be buckled in multiple places, they fit much better than the standard type of belt with the spaced out holes. As a thinner guy, I always had to punch out new holes with that kind of belt, and then often had a lot of excess leather anyway. With these ratchet belts, problem solved! I will continue to use these for as long as they are available and priced right.

I have had two of these belts for roughly 6 years, and the buckle on one of them finally failed after virtually constant use. Given the low cost and high quality of the belt, despite it finally giving up, this is an excellent product that has proven more durable than "designer" belts I have purchased for 4 or 5 times the cost. Now all I need to figure out is whether they sell a replacement buckle as the belt itself is seemingly indestructible. A very unusual case of something performing well beyond any reasonable expectation.

I ordered mine for a costume in a local festival. Our group spends 4 days walking the park as ambassadors, and giving our buttons to young and lod - with a 3/4 lb. button bag hanging off this belt. The last three guys added to our group got the same belt and all really like it!

Great belt! I was going to buy 2 incase the first one didnt last but Im glad I didnt. It is the only belt you need. Holds anything you wish to attach to it without issue. PEW PEW! Had this belt for well ove a year and i think it will be fine for another 5 at least.
