I love this tea. My sister has had it at her house during several of my visits, so I ordered some for myself. She recommended adding a tea bag to my water bottle, and it tastes great in a weak solution in cold water. It has black tea antioxidants as well as cinnamon which can slightly lower blood sugar.

Very Robust Flavor
Omg I love Harney & Sons Hot Cinnamon Spice black tea. I first purchased a 10 sachet tin of this tea at one of the Newport mansions in Newport, RI. When I got home and made a cup, I fell in love with it. I immediately came to Amazon to purchase two giant tins! The flavor is so full and robust. It's an amazing tea for winter, the cinnamon flavor is so spicy it just warms you right up. It's perfect with just a little splash of milk. My one and only teeny tiny complaint is that I wish the sachet didn't have the string attached to it. I'm not a fan of these, I always cut them off. But other than that, if you're looking for a warm, spicy, full-flavored black tea and if you love the taste of cinnamon, this tea is for you!
