Excellent sauce for any type of pasta. The onion and garlic in this tomato frito elevates the dishes better than a standard Bolognese sauce and it is a smooth sauce for those who prefer it. Daughter has it every day for lunch with some type of tortellini and it is also delicious mixed with Fusilli, topped with cheese and grilled until melted.
