Can they be premixed the day before?

Was thinking about trying the two day cleanse. I am looking for opinions, i work 10 hr shifts on feet constantly basic walking? Will I see results?

Absolutely!! I did my daily 45 min workout and was at my desk the rest of the day. If your on your feet for 10 plus hours you will see the weight melt away!

Is there any sweetener in product, ie stevia? tx

It does have monk fruit in it whis IS a natural sweetner. It's the only sweetener I'll use.
