Have been a game changer for my feet. The plush foam cushioning feels soft yet supportive and really helps absorb impact whether I’m taking long walks around town or hiking on uneven trails. I got these before our Disney trip and I’m so glad I did. We were walking all day and my feet still felt supported, which is not normal for me. They add just enough cushion without making my shoes feel tight or uncomfortable. I noticed a big difference compared to wearing my shoes without them. They were easy to trim to fit and stayed in place the whole time. If you’re planning a trip where you’ll be on your feet a lot, these are 100% worth it.

By far the best insoles you can get for long walks. Walk 10 mi a day in these things and they still feel great.

They seem pretty good, nice and soft. The price is right. You have to cut to make the right size to fit.

Great value for money. I used them to add life to my work shoes and they absorbed the shock pretty well. I switched them to my new shoes when I finally got a new pair and they're still holding up after months of daily wear. Only thing Im not a fan of (as someone with sensory issues) is the little bump textures on the insoles. After a week or two I got used to it enough to ignore, but before that it was driving me mad despite feeling like walking on clouds

oh my, my that gel type sticky back is made it very hard to put in the shoes and push to the closed toe, after a 30 minutes struggle i put one in my husband's shoe but one is i give up. this is very hard to put in the shoes.

These work well. It has helped ease the joint pains and leg cramps I would get after hours on my feet. It also has kept my shoes from odors.

I walk a lot and even though I have been buying walking shoes I seem to wear out the insole long before I wear out the shoe. Which, if you walk alot, you understand just how achy your feet can get without the proper support. These fit perfectly and it feels like I'm walking on a nice thick cushioning instead of pavement. I recommend these to anyone who wish to extend the life of their walking shoes and increase the comfort during their walks.

I bought a mens and women's pair. Cut the mens one on the line indicating the shoe size. Perfect. Dis the same with the women's one only to find it more than a cm too short. I had to throw it away, can't be fixed. Really disappointed

These are excellent and provide far more comfort than I expected. They fit perfectly, look good and don't come out when you take your shoe off. They are very durable and should last a good long time.
