So I would give this about 3.5 stars. First of all, it would take so long to pump this up if you used the pump that comes with it. I used an actual car tire battery-operated device so if you have that I would start there. Secondly, the resistance bands are NOT great quality. I am 5 foot 6 and I cannot extent either band above my head when I stand on the ball (and not because I am not strong!) The bands actually do not have much pull at all. On a positive note... the ball itself is very durable and I like that. If you are getting this for the resistance bands I would continue shopping.

Resistance bands are a joke... I'm 5 ft 4 and I have to get my arms up over my head before there is any "resistance", and the only "resistance" is because I've stretched the bands to their max... thankfully I did not purchase this for the bands, but it would've been nice if I could've used them.I purchased the ball so I could continue exercises from physical therapy at home. I broke the 5th metatarsal in my right foot 4 months ago and had surgery 3 months ago. I'm working at regaining strength, endurance, and balance. So far the ball seems decent enough and doesn't slip on my hardwood or vinyl plank flooring. I just hope the plug in the bottom holds up. It doesn't lock into place, just pushes in.

The 'pump' this ball comes with is laughable: it broke after only a few attempts to inflate the ball. Even if it worked, seems like it would take hours to inflate the ball by hand: you're going to want to find someone with an air compressor to fill this for you!

Love it just 1 thing. Its hard to inflate with the foot pump. My ball is still not full...

Very Durable and great product to add to your workouts!

Bought this at the recommendation of my chiropractor to use for crunches and supermans to increase core strength. It's also useful if you can't quite do a full push up. However, the pump that comes with it is terrible. I used it for a solid 5 minutes according to the directions with no change in the amount the ball was inflated. Eventually, I just gave up and used the vinyl tube from the pump to blow into the ball until it was fully inflated.

This balance Trainer looks to be exactly as advertised. The inflater is a bit cheap, but does the job. The backing board (flat side of trainer) is a bit too flexible to use it upside down but if the trainer is used only with ball side up, the flexible base does not matter. he runner or vinyl construction seems to be rugged enough but only time will tell.So far this device is working well, After six months or so I'll come back and update the review

I purchased this at the beginning of the pandemic when the gyms were shutting down. I wanted to get something that wasn't too expensive because I was trying to build up a mini home-gym. The quality is slighter cheaper than a Bosu ball but it does the job. It comes with a pump and I've used it almost everyday for the past 6 months and haven't had to refill the air yet. It's pretty sturdy, I stand on it both ways (the rubber side and the hard side) and it holds up my weight (150lbs). I use it for balance training exercises, push-ups, ab crunches and it's a really versatile piece to add to your home workouts if you want to really up your core game! Decent price if you want to save about $80 on the Bosu.

I love this thing more than I thought I would. It was super easy to inflate. Stays inflated. The board portion is grippy enough. Only downside which I saw other people comment on was the elastic straps being not great quality. Besides that it is a great product and ridiculously fun to use!

everything is good, but there is one time that when I jump on it, my feet can feel the long lid sealing the air. it is a long stick and I think it is a little bit dangerous when you jump or step hard on the product.

The ball is fine. It’s a good size, it seems sturdy, I’m just not convinced this is doing anything for me.
