20 Pack Adhesive Silicone Pen Holders, Black Stick-On Pencil & Marker Clips

These have worked great when I attach them to a small clipboard. We take kids out on trails and have them play nature bingo or scavenger hunts. It's nice for the kids to attach pencils or markers to the clipboard instead of carrying them. The only thing you should know. They are best for wider implements like small markers or fat pencils. Regular pencils tend to fall out when carried around on something like a clipboard.

Good quality product with extra 3M sticker to help make removing easier. Does not hold a No.2 pencil well. Pencil slides back and forth when in the holder.

These are great. Helped a lot with my students keeping tracking their pencils. They stayed stuck except for the kids that played with them too much. There might be residue to clean up after removal.

I had really high hopes for these. I needed them for music binders, but they don't keep the pencils secure and they fall out almost immediately. They're far too loose for a normal pencil. I tried fatter pencils, and was going to try pencil grips, but what is the point if the original product doesn't work? I waited too long to try these out and can't return them now. I wouldn't recommend these. I have to buy all new holders.

The adhesive was not strong enough. I have used another brand in the past and I couldn’t get the holders off after the entire school year. These were coming off within the second week of school.

This is my second time purchasing these! They are awesome for work! I used them on my forklifts so that we can ensure everyone is signing off on their daily equipment audits.

Very nice

I ordered these to keep close to any sign-up/sign-out sheets that we have for work. Usually the problem is that people have trouble finding a writing utensil next to these papers - and I have to say I am pleasantly surprised by these pen holders. They are quite flexible which allows them to hold on to a variety of different sized pens/pencils/markers. I tried a couple different pens as well as a standard permanent ink marker and all of the writing utensils were held nicely in the holder. The holder is made of silicone which makes it have a bit of friction to hold onto the writing utensil without it sliding down. The silicone is also nice and flexible so removing the pen and placing it back into the holder will not be an issue. Each holder comes with adhesive already stuck onto the back - but there are extra double sided foam adhesive strips that come in the package that you can also use if you need more double sided sticky tape. A few other uses I can see this being useful for is for holding art paintbrushes or make up brushes where you need them to be held upright (so they can drip off the water while drying) or even other types of pencil/tube shaped objects. Lastly, if you are a classroom teacher and you're having trouble with pencils rolling off your students desks - this could also be a great solution to stop the pencils from rolling off the desks. Overall, I'm really happy with this product. It is a product that you wouldn't know you needed until you own and use them!

I am so glad I decided to get these, they're great. I put them on my desk, laptop, tablet case and lap-pad. It's really convenient having a pen at my fingertips. I gave a handful to my mom so she could put her stylus in them for her phone and tablet. My son saw me using them and asked for a few as well. The sticky tape holds really well even in a humid environment.

This is a review of the SameTech 20 Pack Pen Holder Silicone, Adhesive Pen Holder for Desk, Marker Clip for Classroom Office Desk Accessories, Pencil Holder with 20 Double Sided Extra Sticky Tape (Black). These SameTech Silicone Pen Holders do a good job of holding pens and pencils - as long as they are greater than 2cm in circumference [although this problem can be fixed]- and the adhesive backing is an essential inclusion. Despite the problem with the pen holders, I find them to be quite handy and versatile. Recommended. PROS - WHAT I LIKED 1. The SameTech Silicone Pen Holders seem to be very tough 2. I like that these Pen Holders come with adhesive backing [the adhesive is very sticky] - I have attached a SameTech Pen Holder to the inside of one of the legs of a small table next to my couch [hidden from most angles], and have also used one in the kitchen - also, there are extra sticky backing strips included in the pack 3. You can either pull pens out of the holders [through the gap between the two sides], or lift them to slide them out 4. The “anti slip grooves” on the inside surface of the pen holders do a good job of holding pens of the right size CONS - WHAT I DID NOT LIKE 1. Pens or pencils of a circumference of 2cm or smaller will drop out of the pen holder - and all of the pen holders in this SameTech Silicone Pen Holders are the same size, so this problem is consistent Another way of saying this is that the grip is not that tight for commonly available pens [SEE PHOTO for example of a very commonly available pen that would simply slide / drop out of the holder if it were not for the lid providing some mass to hold it above the holder grip] However, because I find these pen holders so handy, I am going to line the inner surface of the pen holders with some electrical tape or fabric to provide extra mass so that pens and pencils of smaller sizes fit [it is very easy to open the two sides of the pen holders without damaging them] 2. Even if the pen holders did not have the sizing issue, I would say that these SameTech Silicone Pen Holders are poor value for money

Too big for the pens
