You can make this grappling tool really great or make it useless and the difference between the two is what you put into it. I am not referring to your effort in training when I say that, but literally what you put inside to fill the body up of this training partner. If you put cardboard, pillow stuffing, or light clothes then you will get a super light training partner that has very little weight to challenge you. I would recommend going to one of the big box home improvement stores and buy a couple of bags of sand they sell pre-packaged for around 10 bucks or less each. You can fill it up all with sand or a mixture of sand and old garments depending on your desired weight for your partner. Then you just need to form it correctly to make it even and ensure it has all the human features (Chin, feet, hands, etc.) you need to get an accurate training session.

I am using this mma sports dummy for my own personal use, when practicing my wrestling. When the dummy arrives it will be completely empty, purchaser will have to feel their self. The material of the mmma sports dummy is thick, durable and reliable. I feel the price of the dummy was a little high for the product I received. I would recommend for practicing mma in the gym or for practice at home.

I was really hoping this grappling dummy would be useful in training. The legs do not bend, as they are designed to stay straight and rigid, so no turtle guard, closed guard, etc. There are no "feet" for ankle locks. There is no "chin" for chokes. The design is not as shown.

Llenarlo es un dolor de cabeza pero al final vale la pena hacerlo ,una vez lleno la posicion queda en tortuga ,no es la mejor para ámbars y otras llaves pero si ayuda en otras tantas . Aún no lo uso espero resista
