Great vitamin C slow release tablets. Has Bioflavanoids.
Very pleased with the good additional benefits in a slow release vitamin C and Bioflavonoids and Rose hips. I have taken slow release vitamins every day for 20 years and great protection against colds

I’m giving these 4 stars because I do think the 1000mg dose is useful, and Zipvit is generally a good brand. However, the tablets are quite large and not the easiest to swallow, and they have a very sour taste if they start to dissolve in your mouth. I’d also recommend taking them with food and being a little careful with what you have alongside them. Personally, I’ve noticed they can upset my stomach if taken with things like milk or coffee with cream. I haven’t noticed a dramatic difference yet, so I’m still waiting to see whether the longer-term immune support is noticeable. Overall, a good product, but not perfect.

Large and uncomfortable to take.
I must confess I bought these as the price point was very good. The major downside is they are very hard to swallow and hurt my throat in the process. Very dissapointed as I used their chewable ones before and really liked them, but these I really struggle with.
