This is an absolutely superb radio, neat and compact Very good sound quality and battery life. Easy to work with and it has a lovely display screen which gives a whole myriad of useful information. My only concern was over presets as I was struggling with the instructions in the booklet. The seller responded very promptly with the following instructions, which are not in the book, and to now performs exactly as it should. Overall, fantastic radio and seller. 1/ Tune in to the station you want to save to Favorites. 2/ Press and keep holding the Fav button for 1-2 seconds AFTER the screen has changed to the Preset Recall menu. 3/ Release the Fav button, select your desired preset number using the volume control knob, then press OK. The screen will show a large green circle with a white tick indicating the station has been successfully saved.

What a brilliant little radio! Super tone. Easy to use. Work's straight out of the box. Great price too. Have just ordered another for my car with an fm radio! Bought it to replace a lovely old Roberts radio that can't receive dab+ which i have in my garage. The tone of this little radio is just as good.

This has been a God send for a horse that hates fireworks! The set up is easy straight out the box. The screen is clear to read. It is easy to tune. The sound is impressive for such a small, light, unit. The battery lasts through the night which has been really important over the last few nights (because fireworks can't just be set off on one night). A really good buy! The signal is helped by extending the aerial. Where I have the radio can be a bit of a weak spot for all signals, but this still picks them up. The only reason there is 1 star off is because it would have been good to get the stations the aren't just local, for example, Capital London in Scotland. But that's quite minor. I can definitely recommend this radio!

Got to be honest this little radio shocked me - I bought to use in the shed and was not expecting such rich sound from such a small unit, but it actually sounds amazing. Easy set up to and found scores of channels on first scan. I tend to listen to spoken word radio a lot and this sounds like a quality unit. It also looks good too with the colour screen being very vivid and easy to read. You can select to view the station name or even the program, or song details. Well pleased with this - charging it fully now and will revisist this review when I have a better idea of how long the battery lasts between charges, but to be honest at the moment I'm delighted so full five stars from me. The fact that it can also be used as a bluetooth speaker only adds value - I've linked it to my phone and played some Elvis through it - The Kind sounded regal. Easy to carry around too - fully portable and can be tossed in a ruck sack or even a small manbag Combatable with Dab and Dab + so future proof to be honest.

I purchased this mycket radio because it featured DAB+ and its small size. I wasn’t expecting too much, from this radio, but I was wrong. It is an absolutely Fabulous little Radio. The Audio was far better than I would have expected from such a small speaker. It is nice that it Features both DAB+ and FM-RDS, as well as Bluetooth. The controls are simple, well laid out and a fabulous 65mm colour LCD screen. Navigating the various menus is a fairly straightforward learning process. The mycket pulls in numerous stations using its telescopic aerial. Up to 20 stations can be stored in memory, for both the DAB+ and FM-RDS Bands, which can be saved as Favourites, retrieval using the FAV button (on case front). The LCD display is clear, uncluttered, colourful, displaying Station information being listened to: Band, time, battery Level, station name, scrolling text, volume level, FAV, mono/stereo and signal strength. I also like the very squared sides-corners of the mycket plastic case. The mycket also has 8 basic EQ settings to suit your sound preference: Classical, Jazz, Pop etc. I have an Anker Bluetooth stereo speaker which I was hoping I could pair with the mycket Bluetooth. Sadly, the mycket Bluetooth will not work with the Anker speaker. It needs to be paired with a media device like a Smartphone, Tablet or Laptop, allowing these media sources to be played through the mycket speaker. Obviously, the Anker speaker and mycket can be connected using a stereo audio cable plugged into their 3.5mm Jack-plug sockets. That said, it's not as cool as connecting the mycket radio with the Anker speaker, using Bluetooth. Like most electronic equipment available today, the battery is rechargeable via a C-Type USB socket and seems to last a long time on a full charge. In conclusion, this is a Fabulous little radio for the money with great features and performance, which really impressed me hence this 5 Star Review.

Excellent little radio. Brought this as a cheap last minute buy for a camping trip but have ended up using it regularly for the last year. I’ve used it camping, fishing, in the garage, lots of places. Easily connects to Bluetooth too so can use it as a speaker if somewhere DAB doesn’t pick up. USB C charging which is convenient as most things are the same charge lasts well, I’ve had it on all night long at low volume when fishing for comfort, and it didn’t run out! Neat and compact and easy to take out with you anywhere. What initially was an interim purchase has turned into my main portable radio. Good sound quality and DAB works well. Highly recommend.

After reading the reviews I was unsure but I purchased anyway because I liked the design. The radio feels sturdy and looks modern with a minimalist style. The screen is great for navigation and radio station descriptions. It's charged with USB-C and stays powered for a while. Instructions were clear and detailed. Signal quality was flawless in my experience and I didn't even need the antenna lifted up at all. Unsure why other reviews complained about signal but this could be down to area or obstructions. The jack allows you to use headphones or an even better speaker. No complaints so far and impressed by the price.

Please be aware that the unit I received may have been faulty (or even bad software/firmware, however, I cannot find any support to download new). I have sadly had to return this device due to various sound quality issues. I do hope the manufacturer can solve these issues, as there are other aspects of the device that are quite nice, especially its reception, and screen. Let me be clear, I am NOT expecting HiFi quality, with tremendous bass. I already have a smaller "XHDATA D-328" cheap portable FM/AM/SW radio with a manual dial, though a fully modern DSP processor inside. I expected similar or slightly better sound than that radio. When playing many types of music (FM/DAB/Bluetooth) when any segment containing any louder lower frequency sounds are played (pretty much most pop/rock/radio songs since the 1970s) the volume instantly attenuates, i.e. the volume is lowered. This is particularly noticeable on vocals which noticeably reduce in volume bassier portions, and this volume stays limited for a while even after the lower frequency sound has stopped, before raising the volume again, which is very irritating. I have tested with a flat EQ setting, volume from medium to nearly highest, and across various DAB, FM and Bluetooth sources with the same result, to eliminate reception issues. I am aware most amplifiers do some form of power management to avoid overloading their electronics, especially portable devices. Even my little XHDATA mention above, does manage it, it is a lot less apparent, and much more "responsive" so unless you are really concentrating, it’s not apparent the power is being managed unless you were listening to some extreme music at the loudest volume. This leads me to believe either the firmware or protection mechanism is over aggressive and needs an update (no idea how) or the amplifier is not sized correctly for the speaker. It’s ok when listening to talk radios at medium volume with little or no music, but what the point of that? Some reviews noted a “powerful sound” for its size. Whilst I wouldn’t say that its sound its small, it’s not that impressive either. Modern speakers and amplifiers together with better sound engineering allow bass to be here at much louder levels than older compact devices, giving the impression of more powerful sound. However, I don’t hear any major increase in volume in the midrange/vocals between an old 80’s/90’s portable radio of similar size and this, it’s purely the bass is somewhat fuller (when not experiencing the sound issues above). It’s even a little quieter and less bassy than the smaller XHDATA mentioned earlier. Finally I am noticing occasional distortion on voices when at a higher volume, which whilst on a cursory listen may not be noticeable, until you try to understand what is being said, and find a weird “processing” going on that makes a bit harder to understand. The only good points is the reception, which seems to be very good, as well as its display, and the UI whilst not being the best, it’s not bad and quite usable. For me this was a hard no, as I don’t feel I could use it in the garden, whilst lounging, and will be looking for an alternative device.

Si tratta di una radiolina quindi non ci si può aspettare un HiFi. Il suono è comunque sufficiente e con le cuffie è possibile ascoltare le trasmissioni anche in stereofonia. E' possibile equalizzare il suono su diversi tipi di musica. Come cassa bluetooth francamente lascia a desiderare sia come qualità che come volume . La sveglia funziona solo se connessa all' alimentazione, almeno secondo il manuale anche in italiano. Si può impostare lo spegnimento automatico dopo un tempo selezionato, comodo se ci si vuole addormentare con la musica. Stona la manopola per la selezione delle voci del menu ed il volume posta sopra, comunque almeno non sporge anteriormente. Le dimensioni sono proporzionate per cui è stabile anche con l'antenna estratta. E' ricaricabile, non ci sono pile da maneggiare, l'autonomia però non altissima, dichiarata 6/8 ore a seconda del volume . Per il prezzo, specie se si trova ricondizionata, direi che è ottima quindi merita l'apprezzamento. Spedizione comunque veloce

Le doy 4 estrellas porque la radio en general es muy completa. Volumen mínimo adecuado para usarla como radio de cabecera, buena sintonización FM, alarma dual, reloj. Por ponerle una pega, quizás debería tener la opción de poder atenuar la pantalla completamente pasado un tiempo, sólo tiene que se atenúe a un brillo mímino, pero para dormir también es molesto.

Buona radio, leggera e facile da trasportare, suono abbastanza potente e nitido. In modalità FM funziona benissimo, in digitale dipende ancora molto dalla zona, in generale se la copertura è sufficiente si comporta abbastanza bene, anche se a volte tende a perdere il segnale soprattutto se viene spostata. In generale un acquisto soddisfacente.
