I liked the features on this watch as well as the way it felt, but neither I nor my husband, nor my brother-in-law could get the watch to give me an audible tone for the alarm or timer even with the setting at "vibrate AND ring". Tried contacting customer support- no one ever got back to me. Figured it was a faulty watch so I returned it for a replacement. That one came with a damaged screen: only half of it displayed. Thought, "3rd times a charm" and tried again. Great screen but still no audible alert tone. The "vibrate only" setting gives EXACTLY the same alert as "vibrate and ring" which means all I get is a vibration on my wrist. Perhaps there is a way of getting the sound I'd hoped for, but the manual doesn't help and I don't want a watch that makes me jump through hoops to figure out what should be a simple Settings adjustment. Will be trying a totally different watch. What a waste of time.

The watch is thicker than a lot in this price range and even lower which would not be soooo bad if it were accurate. I compared this to three other watches I own and this one is way off. For example it is off 3-4 hours on sleep, up to 3-400 on steps, etc. The watch itself will give you the time and date. The watch faces have very small fonts on most of them, and many of them are cluttered making them hard to read. Only two show the phone without scrolling.It came with a soft and flexible watchband which is very comfortable to wear. It is also nice that it isn't asking you to pay about $2 for a watch face and an annual/monthly fee to get basic information. I have one other watch that apparently makes money from the sale of the watch itself. Paying a small amount for watch faces is one thing as it is for "style" and not information. I feel ripped off when the description tells you it does all these things, you buy it and then find out it doesn't or it does it for an ongoing price. This watch did not do that so credit goes to them for that.I am keeping this watch to see what kind of updates may be coming and if or when they do I will edit my review. I hope they get rid of the notification that you closed the app, I believe most people know that some things need to be synced.

This watch has every feature on it as in description. Everything works great on it. You can answer your phone and read texts on it. Battery life is about 2 weeks. I recommend this smart watch watch. Best price, 2/$69..
