Goes on easy and stays stuck. This is a 10 pack! That's going to last a long time. My last one was on for 3 years and I sand a lot of wood and grind some metal with it. I recommend cleaning the platen with acetone and let it dry before applying the new disc. Also make sure there isn't leftover lint on the platen after cleaning. Try not to push it down until you have it where you want it. It is tough to remove once it sticks. This is a great product. I used to pay $4 to $5 a sheet for Delta 25 years ago.
