Life saver if you're forced to work during your hard weeks and your work requires constant movement. I live in heated vests and blankets and the second heating level is "too hot" for me so there's plenty room to go if youre in bad shape. Helps me get out of bed while I wait for medication to kick in. All in all, a fantastic purchase I would recommend.

I love this. I work in a hospital and have lower back pain some days that flares up. It delivers A LOT of heat and the strap keeps it in place while I’m on the move. The vibration isn’t as helpful to me, but it has a moderate shake that could be useful to others. Everyone is amazed when I show them, and they cannot believe how good the price is too. It lasts a good 8 hours and is also amazing when I have to sit in terrible chairs at my college for hours long lectures. HIGHLY recommend!

Best thing i ever did buy. I work in healthcare care and on ambulance 4 days week for 12 hours. Just got use this baby today, omg cant not make this up, it hot enough not to hot. The size just right to sneek under my work clothes. I am plus women 56inch waste it fits me. It feel amazing the soft vibration, the heat, was amazing. The coverage on this thing great battery life good, best part it being c charger u can plug in your car charge it.

The product charged and functioned as described. It has 3 levels of heat and 3 levels of vibration or massage. I've only used level 1 of heat and it does get quite hot, so use it over clothes. I will say turn it off after like 5-10 minutes to let the heated area cool a bit. It doesn't get hot enough to burn but hot enough to let you know it's there; and to ease those achy areas. I usually have it settled on the cramping area of my abdomen that hurts the most and it definitely helps ease it. I alternate every 5-10 minutes turning it on and off, when needed. It's rechargeable and took about 2 hrs or so to fully charge out of the box, like the pamphlet says it will have lights rotating on its face plate while charging and it will stop when it's done. I can walk with it on and also lounge around so it's very convenient and gives comfort while allowing functionality through the day when I use it. (Which is only when needed) The buckle is kinda difficult to unlatch, at least for me, so I measured out the strap and loosened it enough to keep it the same size as my waist and I just slip it on my abdomen like I'm putting on a pair of pants. Just so I don't have to keep fighting with the buckle. Even so, it does its job well so I think it's still worth a shot, if not for the ingenuity of the product than for its functionality.

What can I say - another great Amazon find! I suffer from endometriosis, and this portable heater has been an absolute game changer, especially while at work. I'm a nurse in a hospital, constantly on my feet, and this device truly got me through the day. The heat gets wonderfully warm (huge plus) and the battery life lasts much longer than I expected. It auto shuts off and has multiple heat and massage settings - through I personally didn't use the massage function (feels more like a vibration). The adjustable straps keep it securely in place, whether I'm using it on my lower abdomen or my lower back. It worked great for both areas! Bonus: it's compact enough to fit easily in a standard size bag, so it's perfect for travel too. High recommend for anyone dealing with chronic pain, cramps or needing discreet heat relief on the go!!

I ordered as a gift for granddaughter request , better to ask what they want then buy stuff they don’t want.

Gave me second-degree burns on my stomach and not from overuse, but from running much hotter than a safe in a small concentrated area. I did not use the device on the third setting. I only ever used it on the second setting or the first setting, which is less heat and I always had layers in between me and the device because it would still get too hot and I also didn’t wear it for long periods of time again because the heat output but I have blisters on my stomach right now from a second-degree burn from this device because it gets much hotter than it should be allowed to get and much hotter than is safe. Please exercise caution if you get this device and put multiple layers between you and the item.
