Having fibromyalgia as well as other conditions I found this to be Amazing! Within minutes of taking it l felt a light sensation and my energy just boosted up and my foggy head feels more clear and able to think and plan better. My CFS has been very bad these past couple of weeks, resulting in my being bed bound and constantly cancelling plans, yet within minutes of taking this l was up and about, managed to get organized and packed for a weekend away which l was actually very anxious about befor taking D-Ribose, bathed and about to head off with my daughter to the town center... I am truly appreciative of the difference this has made from day one, as it feels like l have a large element of my life back. My life has been a constant battle for over 10 years now, my only regret; not coming across D-Ribose sooner. I recommend this to anyone with CFS or fibro, give it a try, you may feel as l do.

I bought this from bulk powders because I wanted to try the product but I am on a budget so I did not want to splash out too much money and 100g is a good amount to begin with, also it was a reasonable price too. I have had a very painful hip for a year and I have had x-rays which did not point to arthritis plus I have tried everything and nothing worked; I take thyroid medication and need supplements which don't interfere with the meds. Within an hour of taking this the pain in my hip is gone and it has now been 4 days and still no pain. I am only taking a scoop full which is 5g so although it is earl days yet I am ecstatic that I have found something which takes the muscle pain away. It tastes a little sweet and looks like icing sugar. I will definately buy this again

+ Dissolves easily into water + Comes with a convenient 5g scoop to measure a single serving + Tastes fine - slightly sugary and easy to drink + Seemingly no side effects (even with my delicate stomach and sensitivity to supplements) - Can’t notice any difference in energy levels - Pouch wouldn’t be ideal if you wanted to take it out and about. Would be better to transfer the powder to something more sturdy and better sealed. D Ribose is supposed to rapidly replenish your ATP (energy stores) which *should* resolve fatigue and restore tired muscles to their former glory. I have never used another brand of D Ribose so can’t say whether this is an ineffective product or whether my body just doesn’t need D Ribose. Worth a try though as it’s affordable and I didn’t get any side effects. I might try another brand.

I find it very good. Use it with coffee in the morning.

Soffro di fibromialgia e ho trovato un ottimo alleato per fibrofog, sbadigli e stanchezza.. lo bevo quotidianamente in ogni momento della giornata nella dose di 3 misurini in un litro e mezzo di acqua. I’ve been taking D-ribose from Bulk daily to support energy and muscle recovery. The powder dissolves easily in water and has no taste. I’ve noticed less post-exertional fatigue and less muscle pain. If I have a particularly busy day I sometimes go up to 5g three times per day. I've tried different D-ribose products, but I've settled on this one. Great quality-price ration.
