Works great and saves me time

As other reviews said, lining up on your ball isn't as easy as you'd think (it feels like it shifts the ball when you tighten it, but I don't want to swear to that). That said, it's great at making lines around balls in record time. I buy bulk secondhand golf balls and mark them to make them distinct (I suck and lose lots of balls), and this makes it to where I can mark a bunch in an afternoon instead of having to spend time before each round. Huge increase in convenience.

This is a great thing except, it only worked for 1 week. It appears the gears inside are made of plastic and after 1 week I could hear the gears skipping and the ball would not turn. If you take the ball off it will turn but put a ball in it and it just stops and hear the plastic gears inside continue to spend. DO NOT BUY

I’ve tried several of the manual devices that are 1/4 or 1/2 the cost of this, and while some compare in overall features for end result, this device definitely outperformed them all for ease of use and ability to quickly add/remove balls. I was very pleasantly surprised though with this product after using the first time, and won’t be using any other manual devices moving forward with how much time this thing saves.

It works good, but the ball rotates farther and closer, so you have a fat thick line on one side and no line on the other side unless you press hard and twist the marker head in.
