Qfun 13-Inch Thermal & Cold Laminator Machine 11x17 with Laminating Sheets

You.guus this is one of thee best things I did for me and my son! I preserved all his artwork i could fit and it works beautifully!!! However I get one thing stuck completely around the roller and could not get it off. I contacted Amazon and it was stull under manufacturer warranty and they sent me links to try and get it out my self but when I could not and a spindle fell off, I didnt know where it went or how to get it back together but they were so nice and helped me every step of the way! I finally got it off but i couldn't get the machine back together and they immediately fixed the issue and sent me a perfect one! I love the color and the customer service.. IMPECCABLE!!! SO VERY HAPPY WITJ THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT THE COLOR AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE! BEST STRESSLESS SITUATION IVE HAD THIS YEAR!

I’m very pleased with the QFun 13-Inch Thermal and Cold Laminator Machine! It’s incredibly easy to use, heats up quickly, and consistently produces smooth, professional-looking results. Having both thermal and cold laminating options makes it versatile enough for a wide range of projects, from school assignments and crafts to photos, signs, and important documents. The 13-inch width is especially useful for larger pages and materials. It’s a reliable, convenient choice for teachers, students, families, crafters, and anyone who wants an efficient laminator for home or work use. Reasonable price

I really like this product! I have tryed all the sizes including ID card size and it had no problems at all. My last one was made my scotch brand and it has jammed and got stuck to the point it broke. This one I’d have to say no jams! Plus all the extra things that come with it is a big plus in my opinion. Super handy and it’s slim so makes it easier to tuck away.

Works great, quiet, relatively fast. It heats up quickly. The one originally shipped to me did not work, the lights just flashed and it didn't do anything. I sent the customer service email a message, got busy and forgot to reply for a month plus, finally sent through a video, and they sent a replacement immediately. Really incredible customer service and I'm so grateful! Thanks y'all.

UPDATE: Left the review & within a day I was sent a tracking number saying they sent us a new laminator. Still proceeding with caution as we try out the new one.The laminator worked great at first but did not last long. I plugged it in to let it warm up as usual, after a few minutes I heard a weird noise coming from the machine. The machine has smoke rolling out of it as if it was going to catch fire. I instantly unplugged the machine & took it outside just to be safe. I have been in contact with the company for about a week now on this issue. The only options they give me are to plug the machine back in to get a video of proof even tho it seems unsafe as the machine was literally smoking, a lot! While in contact with the company I took the laminator apart to verify that there was nothing jammed in the laminator that would cause it to do this- I even sent over the pictures showing that I had taken it apart to ensure there was nothing in there to cause it to do this. This evidence was still not enough for the company & they asked for a video of the machine running. I had to explain multiple times that we do not feel comfortable plugging it back into electricity from what happened last time- even on the cool setting I am not putting the risk of someone getting hurt or it starting on fire. This issue could have been easily resolved with the company as I was willing to do anything they needed for proof of the laminator besides plugging it into electricity and turning it on- just for a video.I hope this does not happen to anyone else & I would for sure never leave it plugged in while not in use. Hopefully the company handles situations different after this.

This laminator has worked great and is a great deal for the price! It heats up quickly and I love having options as to what size laminating envelope/sleeve I can use. I also like that it houses a paper cutter (and a few other items I can't recall at the moment!) so you can cut out the things you laminated on the spot! I had one problem with a laminating envelope/sleeve getting stuck in the machine (It was not because of the laminator being subpar; I am pretty sure it was something I did wrong!) 6 or so months after I got it and Amazon told me to contact the company as it was past the 30 days return window. I emailed the company and they quickly responded with directions on how to fix the jam. The person I was in contact with was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this laminator for both quality and customer service.

I bought the laminator on February 2nd '24. I got it to use for my Etsy shop. When I first used it I was surprised at how quickly it laminated and how quiet it was. Then I went to use it on June 9th '24 and that's when it all went wrong. The laminator got jammed, I kept pushing the abs button and trying to pull the laminator sheet out but it wouldn't budge. Eventually the laminator sheet started to burn. Then it started to make a horrible noise. I finally just unplugged it and just kept trying to pull it out. It was so hard!! Finally I got it out, but then after that it no longer heated up. The light just keeps blinking like it's heating up but nothing happens. It just kept making this creeking noise. I had to buy a new laminator and overnight it just so I could finish my Etsy order! This laminator lasted only 4 months. For the price I paid I was hoping it would've lasted longer. Now I can't even return it or get a replacement because it's past the return date. I wouldn't waste my money on buying this if I was you.Edit of the review...I was contacted later by the company. Even though it was after the return date they were extremely apologetic and sent a new laminator. I received it in the mail and so far so good. I'm very appreciative of the time and service. I'm also very satisfied with how they dealt with the situation. 👍

This is a wonderful laminator. It works well every time and doesn't take up much space. It can laminate 11x17 sheets of construction paper. It is handy to have in a classroom.

I do not recommend purchasing this laminator if you are in the UAE. The device is not compatible with the voltage used here, and this difference in voltage caused the machine to stop working properly after a very short time. It either does not heat up or completely stops functioning. Unfortunately, this makes the product unreliable and unsuitable for use in the UAE. Please check voltage compatibility carefully before buying.

This is by far the worst and most dangerous product I’ve ever purchased. The lamination machine exploded and caught fire on the very first use, sending out smoke and sparks across my workplace. It almost caused a major disaster and could have seriously injured me — my face was just inches away when it burst.I followed all the instructions carefully, used it exactly as directed, and plugged it into a normal outlet. Within seconds, the smell of burning plastic filled the room, and the machine literally burst into flames. We had to unplug it immediately and use a fire extinguisher. This product is a serious fire hazard and should be removed from the market immediately. It’s completely unacceptable that something sold for office or school use could endanger lives like this.I’m warning everyone — do not buy this machine. It’s unsafe, poorly made, and could easily cause injuries or property damage. I’ll be reporting this incident to the manufacturer and consumer protection authorities.

Love my laminator! Does the job nicely, came with a sample of different sized laminating sheets, most I have already used, however some were not the right size for any project I would need, therefore useless to me. The cutting tool is practical for smaller jobs, but not made from quality material, more of a flimsy plastic. I haven’t had a need to use the other tools that came with it. With that said, I use this machine quite often and am satisfied with its main function.

Seems solid enough. Nice colour (purple). There’s no hiding that it is a “knock off” style brand with the poorly translated instructions and warnings. It’s missing (as in it doesn’t come with) a tray for feeding material into the machine. So if you’re doing smaller pieces with larger film, you’ll have to make your own.

Wow et wow! Pas bruyant, lamine no 1, pas de bulle, bien équipé
