Problem fixed in 48 hours
First charger I had problems with. They had a replacement to me in 48 hours. I honestly can’t be happier. If I need another charger for anything I would most definitely buy it from them again.

Complete waste of money
Its trash. It does not supply proper power to keep the stick up cam running. Don't waste your money just get one direct from Ring.

Add on power to ring stick up camera.
Installed on my stick up ring camera. Keeps power to it normally. If ever unplugged camera has battery and will still record video.

Could be designed better
It works but because the block is so large it keeps falling out of the plug. Went and purchased a seperate block and now it works

Adapter prong that goes into camera is a bit long and does not fit snug, would not be water proof for that reason now.On camera app it will show as not powered need to be plugged in But it is on and charging no worries I’m guessing because it’s not original ring cord it does thatOtherwise overall works great will be purchasing more
